Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
Your notice must substantially include:

- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please note that you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing.
Counter-Notices
If your material was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent with: identification of the removed material and its former URL; your contact information; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or any U.S. federal court if you are outside the U.S.); and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access of users who are repeat infringers.
